To collectively and systematically represent members' views to the relevant government and economic bodies on policies, practices, legislation, etc. affecting the plastic industry in Singapore.

 

  • To organize activities to foster co-operation among members so that they are better poised for business competition in the domestic and international economy.
  • To help members to explore areas of market opportunities through business promotion programs such as trade exhibitions, missions, etc.
  • To carry out training, education and publicity programs, e.g. talks, seminars, forums, newsletters, etc., which are aimed at upgrading the business competencies and capabilities of the members and improving the labor and management skills, production standards, technology and socio-economic status of the plastic industry in Singapore.

 

  • To serve as an enquiry/reference/information source for the plastic manufacturers and others who have a direct/indirect vested interests in the Singapore industry.
